Professional Coach Certification (PCC)


Coaching is a catalyst of learning change to expand the minds of people for greater innovativeness and courage to take risks for radical changes to happen. Known for hundreds of years as a peak performance tool that uplift performance of sport people, COACHING has since then pervaded almost every sphere of life with EDUCATION and HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT, to lead the change process in learning.


This program is the ultimate coach-learning that leads both to Professional Coach Certification from 2 bodies : Corporate Coach Academy and the International Coach Federation (subject to meeting all their requirements). Participants become Certified Professional Coach status.


Program Roadmap


131 hours of SCLH (Student Contact Learning Hours), made up of :

5 (five) learning modules of 3 days (total: 15 days)
4 individual one-on-one Mentor Coaching Sessions (total 10 hours each person)
2 (two) written and 1 (one) oral assessment
30 peer-coaching hours (for CAA certification), and/or 750 coaching hours (for ICF certification, which is optional)
Case Study project of 2000 words

Dr. Michael Heah is the CEO of Corporate Coach Academy and corporate coach and an Adjunct Professor for University Utara, Malaysia. He is the founder and the first president of the International Coach Federation, Malaysia Chapter. A well-known figure in coaching, he is a columnist and writer in Malaysia's leading media. He is an ICF Credential Professional Certified Coach, the first in Malaysia and the very few in Asia to have this world class coaching qualification. He's also a licensed coach-trainer from an internationally-recognized coach institution. Michael is also well known internationally.
